How we do it
Following an onsite inspection of your carpet prior to the day of cleaning we will know what your carpet is constructed from and any potential problems such as colours running, shrinkage etc.
The basic carpet cleaning process can then be broken down into 4 steps:
- The carpet is thoroughly vacuumed using a high filtration, twin motored, commercial vacuum cleaner. (A large percentage of loose soiling can be removed by this process alone)
- The carpet is then sprayed with an eco-friendly, modern, product which is known as a microsplitter. (This breaks down the bond between the soil and the carpet fibres)
- After allowing the product to begin the cleaning process the product is agitated by brushing it into the fibres of the carpet. (This allows the product to work to its full potential)
- The product and soil which has been removed from the fibres is then taken away using the hot water extraction method sometimes referred to as steam cleaning). Hot water is sprayed, at high pressure, into the carpets and then removed using powerful vacuums. (Leaving your carpet soil and product free)
Your carpet is then left to dry. Carpets are often touch dry and usable in as little as one hour. However, this is dependent upon a number of factors and it may take longer.
